Hi, I’m Kat.

For 35 miserable years, food controlled my life. I knew I had a toxic relationship with food, but I’d given up on believing I could ever truly change it.

I thought that I would finally have the life I wanted, just as soon as I lost the weight.

In the meantime, I hated the way I looked in clothes, I often experienced physical pain and discomfort due to the excess weight, and I felt out of control around food.

I couldn’t shake the feeling that there was something deeply wrong with me. Why couldn’t I just be like the women around me, who seemed so confident and sexy in their skin?

I tried everything: fad diets, personal trainers, gym memberships, nutritionists, starving myself, taking all sorts of sketchy supplements… all of this came from a place of punishing myself, and the few pounds I lost always came right back.

It wasn’t until I discovered shadow work and tapping that I realized it was possible to transform my relationship with food so that I could appreciate my body and enjoy my life. Once I did that, I shed 35 pounds and kept it off without trying.

Since then, I’ve felt attractive, sexy, and confident in my body for the first time in my life. I still do.
